What makes your tea temples different from regular tea bags?
Our tea temples are made from corn starch and are fully compostable. The spacious mesh pagoda design allows for whole leaves, real flowers, and big pieces of fruit to infuse properly, giving you the quality of loose leaf tea with the convenience of a bag.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over a certain threshold, otherwise, a flat rate is applied at checkout based on your location.
Are your tea temples plastic-free?
Yes! We are proud to be the first tea brand to be awarded the Plastic Free Trust Mark. Our tea temples, the inner clear bag, and the outer cardboard carton are all 100% plastic-free and sustainable.
What is your return policy if I don't like a blend?
We want you to love your brew. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. We can offer an exchange or a refund for unopened items, or discuss a solution if you've already tried the tea.
Do you offer any caffeine-free options?
Absolutely. We have a wide range of herbal infusions, fruit teas, and rooibos blends that are naturally caffeine-free. Look for the 'caffeine-free' filter on our shop page to find your perfect evening brew.
How should I store my tea to keep it fresh?
To keep your tea tasting its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. While our boxes are great, transferring the temples to an airtight tin is the best way to preserve the essential oils and aroma.
