Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your tea, so if you are not happy with your order, you can return any unopened items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on packs that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

    Contact Our Team

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization code.

    Pack Your Tea

    Ensure the tea boxes are unopened and in their original packaging, then place them securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier point.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
